    I agree with you. I could eat buttercream spread between two slices of fresh bread! ;o) I'm a corner person also. ... But it's what the lady asked me to make.

    Freezing sounds good. What about the domed glass covers? Anything I put under them stays fresh for a long time. Dunno if you have them, but it's an idea if your freezer is full!

    This is funny. Naked cake. I asked my local baker about it and she said she made one for someone. Apparently the lady called several other bakeries and the other bakeries wouldn't do it because saying it would dry out. She showed me a picture of the cake. It was sprinkled with powdered sugar.
