    Default New brand of yeast
    I tried a new brand of yeast named BellaRise Instant Dry Yeast. My bread rose higher then it has ever risen. I got it at Sam's Club 2 lb packs for $4.98. Shelf life of two years in air tight container. A decade if kept in freezer as most instant dry yeast.
