    1lbs of pork neck bones
2lbs of pork meat in cube form
put a little over a half pan of water to cook soup
    1 tbls of sweet basil
    2 bay leaves
    1 brown onion
    4 chicken boulions knorrs brand
    salt to taste
1 extra large can of homeny
1 large can of chile colarado ( red chile sauce) la victoria brand
    10 cloves of garlic
take your neck bones and meat put to boil in a large soup pan to cook remove foam from the top of the meat while boiling add your garlic and whole onion and boulion cubes add your chile sauce and you sweet basil and bay leaves add the chiles colarado and homeny all together adding your salt to taste cook everything together until your meat is tender
to serve with you soup chop up some onion and cut up some limes and cut up some raw cabbage and raddishes to serve on top of soup and if you like spicy add chopped up jelepeno because if the jelepeno might be very hot so you might want to remove the seeds

enjoy the pozole my sons really love this soupi have to make huge pots of it and if the rest of my family finds out im making it i have to make extra for them good to eat during winter months
