This is a wonderful low cal dessert and easy to make!! Enjoy!

1 pkg sugar-free jello (orange)
1 small sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 carton fat-free Cool Whip

Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water; add cold water to make 2 cups. Let sit 5 min. With mixer, add vanilla pudding. Then add oranges and fold in Cool Whip. Chill before serving. You can also use strawberries and strawberry jello.

You just add the dry pudding to the jello liquid. Hope that helps
