Default 113 YO Mdl 15 .....

According to ISMACS it's a Singer Mdl 15, 1 of 29,900, allotted June 23 1900.

Sombody needs to rescue this little old lady.

I'd be too afraid that they would just set the case in a box and ship the machine loose like it is.

Mark,

Email them "BEFORE" you pay for it and ask them to pack it very well. That is what I have done and so far they've done what I asked. Not all GW stores are lax in their packing.

They missed something on the serial. Look at the pic that shows it, there's something in front of the 6 numbers they provided. I want to say an "N", but that can't be right.

Yes it is an "N". N 330501 is the serial number.

Lynne,

Nope, there's no motor on that one. She's a treadle machine without a home.

Also, nobody bid on her. She'll probably be re-listed pretty soon.

I don't think I've ever looked up an N number before.
That's a fairly rare one then


I suspect that what Lynnie saw was the treadle belt.
