Now that is a great way to store machines! Thank you for sharing your machines with the public! You are introducing them to amazing machines.

Was a special gift to be shared with the public. Especially for young children who have never seen older machines. To be able to operate one will be a big thrill. About 30 years ago I gave away the majority of my VSM to The Henry Ford Museum outside of Detroit. They may still be on display in different parts of the museum and the Henry Ford Greenfield Village, the walk through interactive museum. They were excited for the gift. I am so tickled that you are doing this. Such a great adventure for the young and young at heart.

That's an amazing display, Leon. It looks like you picked some really good ones for it.

I'm *trying* to feel badly for you here... honest I am! You have a great-looking collection, and I now have goals! I'm just 2 VSM's in to my eventual obsession, ha!

it helps that I am enogh of a gear head to tihnk any machine that isn't plastic can be brought back to life. Lost cost or free machines head my way often.

I'm certain you're correct! Looking forward to new challenges is also key!

Default Just wow

I loved seeing the second photo and how you store your VSMs. I've been percolating ideas on how to store mine, and I like the shelving that you have used. Thanks for posting this, I've drooled over the machines and the storage ;-) Hugs!
