Default 1917 white FR treadle machine HELP!

I have a 1917 (I think?) White treadle sewing machine. I have the wood restored, but to complete the restoration I need to connect the cable that lifts the machine and table top when you open the lid. I think I am missing the part that the cable attaches to that is under the sewing machine. I think the part is called "cable adjustment lever" which is part number 619 in the manual I have. I have attached a photo of the page out of the manual.

Would anyone be willing to post a few pictures of the underside of their machine and the cable connection point for me?
I would also love to see the cable adjusting lever in place where it is supposed to be installed.

Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you,
Kate
