    I just picked one up with black legs and sides for $40. Also came with an assortment of cobwebs which were free!!

    I think you need to look at how easy it is to find these tables where you live. I see them sell on ebay for $100-$150....and then you have to add shipping. If they are hard to find in your area and you really want it, go for it. IMHO the ones sold really cheap come from someone who has no idea what they have. Great if you are lucky, but impossible to count on. I'd go to e-bay and check the recent sales and if they are averaging a lower price try to talk him down a bit.
