Truly fascinating thread Steve...you have us all hanging on each picture. Don't know about the rest of you, but I feel like I'm getting a first class education in the history of the old...old...old machines, let alone how to restore them...THANKS so much for sharing...feel like I'm in a classroom waiting for the next lesson.

Thank you. Teaching was my desired profession, my Dad talked me into Computers. It has served me well, but...
I do love when I get to teach one of my classes. Glad you enjoy learning with me. (I'm figuring this stuff out as I go)

I just got this quick at the last minute before dark shot of the replacement pedal i just bought.

    Looks great!

I've never seen anything like it! You do great work! Congrats on figuring it out and making it work again! I'd say,"You're the old machine whisperer!"

Hello Steve. I'm stuck on this computer watching and reading your back and forth with Macybaby on the workings of this old machine. It is going to be "something" isn't it. And all of the rest of the bunch. Barny

That's looking great! To think it came that close to being a plant stand outside. Great save Steve!
