Question Cabinet finish

Have a blond cabinet for a treadle. Looks like some one tried sanding it or the finish is worn off in some places. We thought to just lightly sand with the finest sand paper.. But what is the best thing to do for a finish?

Also can it use Schmetz needles?

Are you talking about the 115 that you just got? The treadle? If so, yes, it takes a standard 15x1 needle, and Schmetz work fine.

Is your cabinet light oak? Send a Pm to Glenn, or pop over to the Vintage thread and post a question to him... He's the BEST at refinishing!!
