I just purchased a really nice Dressmaker 2400 in excellent condition. The only think missing is the set of cams. Does anyone on this board know where I might find a set. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

if it's a Taiwan made S2400 the cams look like this -

The case and/or the cams may be a different color but these are the ones. They come up on Ebay quite often, just search for sewing machine cams. These cams fit almost all of the Taiwan made machines but not the Japanese machines. This is my Dressmaker, an S4000 but it's very similar to the S2400.

A seller of fleabay lists these as for a Singer Dressmaker, but the cams, box and layout looks identical to your model on at least two diffferent blogs. It might be worth to double check with seller if the price is right.

Mickey there's no such machine as a Singer Dressmaker so it's either a mistake or ignorance on the sellers part. Dressmaker is a name used by Japanese manufacturers through the 80s and then made in Taiwan.
