We've never used it and I doubt we ever will.

I had this exact table for my Pfaff1222 I got from my mom. It's the only machine I LOVE. When we were doing some moving it accidentally got left outside the "trainbox" and a storm hit. I had to throw it away which about broke my heart! You need to get a Pfaff 1222 and use it. Perfect machine and great table!

The pfaff style doesn't work for shooting, you need one with only 3 feet at the ground to be stable

FYI those pfaff 1222 / 1221's are the Bee's knees

One of mine is exactly like this but doesn't have a label for a specific machine. My 1956 Brother Pacesetter perfectly fits in it.
My flat bed table is built fixed in position like this one, it doesn't have the ability to flip the left side down flat like the free arm table does. It has a small drawer built under the left side.

I didn't know they made one for a Pfaff 1222! I'll be watching out for one of these now. Gotta save your photo for reference so I know what I'm looking for!
