I am a sewing machine dealer an $250. is too high for feather weight without the case attachments. One of my employees found one at a yard sale for $20.00 works great! Keep looking

401475Thanks everybody for all the great advice. I did not buy that one but I got another lead on another one with a case and attachments and 4 bobbins. I went to look at it and he wanted 325.00 and I told him I didnt want to pay that much how much less would he go and he sold it to me for 225.00 and it's beautiful. I'm doing the happy dance. He also had another one with no attachments but has a case was thinking about going back and seeing how much he would want for that one he had 225. on it but he probably will come down on it. Decals were a little worn on this one. But here is the one I got.

It probably has thread stuck in the bobbin. Most first time FW buyers will pay more for their machine but I do believe it's high considering it's just the machine. I got my first one on ebay, complete with box and attachments and shipping for $180.

The decals look great! She's going to clean up beautifully. What's her name? When's her "birthday"?

Her birthday is 1947 and I guess her name is going to be "Baby"that's what DH keeps calling her.
