Default Finished my "Vanity Cabinet" makeover

It is FINALLY done. Here are before and after pics of my White Embossed Rotary sewing machine in the "Vanity Cabinet". I stripped the cabinet (it had a pickled finish), freshened the stain, then finished it w/Formby's Tung Oil Finish (hand-rubbed - 11 coats on the tops and 8 coats on everything else). Cleaned and oiled the machine.

nice! glad to hear you put on an hand rubbed oil finish. I cry a bit every time I see one redone with poly - I love the warm glow the rubbed oil finish gives it.

Poly has it's uses, just not on fine furniture.
