Default Franklin F 117 find

So about a month ago I posted that I was kinda sorta looking for a White/Domestic 117, because I thought the stealth fighters F117s were designed after their style. I didn't even know Franklin badged machines in this style existed. So much to learn anyway. I have one now. Cheap and in a nice cabinet with a cable lift. Previous owners had about a dozen machines and the wife does long arm quilting.

I'll have more to tell on this when I have time to play with it. It runs now, but seemed a bit slow in a shed at 2 degrees F.

I had one of those, 1947 year it was born, had to replace the rubber wheel/gear. Ran great. Sold it for $50 dollars.

There's the 117 Kenmores that look like that too.

Nice machine! I didn't know that a fighter plane was designed after it. The cabinet looks in good condition too. Great find!

NZquilter, that was just my personal observation that they had similar panels. I am sure the stealth folks were more concerned about how the fighter looked to a radar..
