I had to look it up cause I had never heard of it. Its a sewing machine foot that does this,

It's a fagoter foot, and here's some info

April1930 is almost always the WAY highest price you can pay for something. They sell for around $200- $250 on ebay. I have seen sets missing the foot more often than complete - and they normally sell for under $100. So I'll just keep watching.
I don't expect I'll ever get the "penguin" foot, but I got super lucky and have the single and double embroidery attachment.
