That is great steal. When I'm at Great Lakes Naval Air Station and in Chicago, hopefully that's when I get my great find. Nothing like that here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

This looks identical to the machine my mother had. It was bought new in 1955 or 56, was in a standing cabinet with a wood stool that the lid lifted up fo storing notions. What a workhorse! Made oue school clothes, prom dresses, and even my wedding dress in 1971. After we graduated and married, she made charity dolls and doll clothes, but eventually sold dolls and put herself through college. Got her Master's Degree in about 1986 and IT STILL WORKED! From that point on, I don't know, but sure wish I had it.

I have this machine in a cabinet. I'd love to sell it to any Atlanta area buyers. PM me if you are interested.
