White Rotary machines might be common, the Florence branded ones, not so much. Given that and the decals aren't chewed up I'd probably be tempted. I don't think the price is too far out of line and this is coming from a self acknowledged bottom feeder. I'd try to talk them down given the condition of the cabinet though.

Front facing cameras (at least the ones I have experience with) tend to reverse the image. I think if I take a still image with the webcam on my netbook it's reversed.
Can't say I do it often enough to remember. Usually it's if one of the kids is playing around on there.
