I keep wanting to turn it so I can see it
I just look at it sideways. That's usually how I look at those highly chromed machines anyways.

It looks like a Singer 72W19 Double-needle Hemstitch Machine. Here’s a closer look at the one that I had for a while. They bring lots of money if everything is there and everything works (those are the key to their value). Parts are hard to come by.

If you are going to advertise on Craigslist in a city that is three hours away, at least throw up a photo or four.

I located 3 yes three 15's with gingerbread decals today at two different thrift stores.
Not a single of them turned or has electrical anything that should be plugged in. As a matter of fact, one of them had a big red DO NOT PLUG IN sign on it.
49.99 each. I should have bought them all, right?

Not turning is rarely an issue - triflow will take care of it more often than not - but certainly a bargaining point. If they're electric and the wiring is bad, also a bargaining point - if they are treadled, then obviously the electrical is not an issue. I would say for the shape they're in, they're a little overpriced, but not too too much based on what you'll get at the end.

Electrical is also easy to do, but it's something you might want someone with some electrical experience around for the first time.

That said, I believe the Gingerbread decal was also on the 115, so there's a chance you saw one or more of those as well.

Around here $49 for a machine that doesn't turn is pricey.
