Happy Birthday. This is also my birth month and I told DH that I was not making ym cake this year so he'd better figure out something. He does bake & cook so it's no biggie but I am tired of making my own cake!!!

Good for you. Let us know what he comes up with.....Mine has promised me a trip south (this has been one COLD winter here in Middle TN. But his promise has a caveat--I have to find a FW for him to buy for me, but it can only be way far South. Any offers here all you folks from the Deep South.

I will let you know. I think possibly he and DD will collaborate on the cake. As long as it's not lemon, I'm okay. Pie would also work as we sometimes make birthday pies and not cakes.
