I'll be truthful, when I first pulled it off the shelf where had had been burried behind my wife's sewing supplies for over 12 years I just about tossed it in the trash. But then I thought, all it will take is glue, some wood, fabric, time and effort. I had or could get all of these things. So why not try. If I can't do it, then I'll trash it.
I look at the before and after pics and I'm still amazed at the transformation. Finding a material with the original alligator scale pattern has proven to be impossible. No one's had it locally, and those that did have something wanted way more than we could afford to pay.
