Hope it can be fixed to sew with. Does anyone know what I have here? Serial number looks like G466921. ... Last number either 3 or 8

It's either a Singer 15 or a Singer 115. What is the serial number? (Little brass plate on the right side front) or a photo of the bobbin area would also help to decide.

According to ismacs made in 1916, easily looked up, the odd thing is that Singer.co lists the serial number to 1914. I'm sure it can be made to sew again, with a bit of TLC. Does it still have the bobbin case? If the hook turns half way back and forth it is a model 15, if it has full turns, it's a 115 (they look a bit different underneeth). If a all parts are there it's usually about cleaning and oiling (a lot of work the next few days). The motor and case looks like it might be retrofitted at some point, but I'm not sure. I'm a bit emvious.

Lucky you! Nice Tiffany aka Gingerbread decals! Those are my favorite. I couldn't see the "4" before the 66 in the serial number. If it is a 4 then it is probably a 115 - serial number was allocated May 3 1916. "G" serial numbers can be tricky. You can find free downloadable manuals for either the 115 or 15 (and many other Singer models) at http://www.singerco.com/support/instruction-manuals just put the model number in the search box.

There are lots of threads here about cleaning these old machines including "stickies" at the top of this forum. Be careful with cleaning as there are many products that will destroy the decals. Generally all that is needed is to gently wiping the machine down gently with sewing machine oil and cotton balls, oiling in proper places, wiping off with soft cloth, check the wiring, belts, and of course, as Mickey2 said) bobbin, bobbin case and needles (which are the standard 15x1 needles) and she should be ready to sew. If you have some specific questions, please ask.

There are several threads here about either machine. There maybe a few about the differences between the 115 and the 15 mainly that the 115 is a rotating bobbin and the 15 is an oscillating bobbin. The differences can be seen on the underside of the machine. They look the same on the top.

Those old machines are hard to kill. Read the stickies on cleaning it and watch Muv's videos. Use sewing machine oil ONLY. Modern water based cleaners will destroy your decals.
Chances are all it needs is a good cleaning to sew again.

According to ISMACS it is a Singer 115. Nice machine. Try just sewing machine oil to clean up the exterior. Those decals are lovely but can be ruined by using the wrong things.

My aunt gave me one last year. I haven't started on it yet. They are nice, old machines. I will eventually fix her up too.
