www.sew-classic.com/uploads/99K.pdf‎ is where you can download and print out a manual for your Singer99. It is 3/4 size of the Singer 66 and uses the same bobbins. You can order them from sew-classic. Don't try the ones from Walmart or Joann's. They may say Singer but aren't as good as the ones from sew-classic. The others might work in your machine as it's a newer one than my 1920's 99s, but I order mine from sew-classic. They can help you with any other things you might need too. Since your machine is a short shank, almost all short shank attachments will work on your machine. I hope this helps.
