I recently picked up a White just like this only electric. I am thinking about trying it out on the treadle. I use the black rubber belts and like them a lot, but I like the price on the tubing better. I tried the black belt on a Singer 99K I recently picked up and the bobbin winder wheel gets in the way.

Anyway, pretty machine, I especially like the treadle base. And, HBD!!!

One more thing... I really like the off set peddle of the White treadles.

Thank you everyone. I was finally able to get the shuttle cover off so I can get to work on cleaning this thing. It really doesn't need much work. minibarn, I just emailed you off of another thread before realizing you had posted here. :-)

I have her twin! She was my first vintage machine also! That was 10 machines ago :-).

Just an FYI that you may already know. Her wheel spins away from you.

The White Rotaries are wonderful machines. Yours is newer than my machine is. The hand wheel turns away from you. So happy you found a bobbin case, they aren't made any more.
My machine is a 1917, it was a family machine, so glad they took good care of it. I just had to clean and oil it.
