Did you tell them that the 19.99 savings was more than the 10% so you were still making out. You can buy almost any of the missing parts from on ebay. Enjoy

I love the way a red eye looks. Here is a great video showing how to thread a model 66 and how to load the bobbin. It also explains how to put the slide plate back in (at 5:08 minutes into the video) and explains why so many model 66 machines have a missing slide plate:

Gorgeous. I have one from 1917 and the decals are not as good. But mine has a motor and is missing the bobbin winder. I have yet to clean her up.

This machine needs a frame with a treadle and also the bobbin cover. I have no idea where to look fo such.
