My New Singer Model 403A

I had no intention of purchasing another machine, but my son didn't get that message! Every few days he goes walking through looking at the Goodwill Store. Friday, when he was off work, he got lucky. He walked in there and discovered a Singer 403A in excellent condition, clean, for $41. So, he bought it. It still had the original electric cords, which were also in excellent condition! Afraid I'm acquiring Sewing Machine addiction disease!

Sewing machines are my drug of choice. If I have a bad week, I can always turn it around by finding a cool machine or repairing one I have in the hoard!

I had not sewn on this machine when I posted earlier, but I have now, and it's a very nice machine! It will be used around this household, that's certain!
