She looks in very good shape. I have a Treadle from my Grandmother that looks similar. Mine is a No. 15-30 and the instruction book is dated 1913. There used to be a "treadle on" group on the Internet. I hope to use mine someday but never seem to find the time. When I got the machine from a cousin it was frozen - someone had put too much oil on it and stored it away. My grandson got it going for me about 10 years ago. You can probably find the instruction book for your particular machine on the Internet. It if happens to be a No. 15 - 30 I will send you a copy of my book. Good luck and happy sewing. I just found out when Judy was born, Her birthday is April 5th, 1928 her model number is 127-3 she was born in Elizabeth, NJ. I was very happy to be able to find out all this information as now I know how old she really is, so that makes her 83 which is 23 years older then me lol. I still have not had a chance to put on her belt and get her busy but hubby says after Christmas we will get her set up and running.

Oh my, I thought I was seeing my machine that MIL gave me twenty some yrs ago,she is a beauty,mine makes a fantastic stitch and has all the attachments,the cabinet is the same.great buy.

Beautiful machine. Her decals are in wonderful shape. I have a sphinx but the decals are not in near the shape of yours. After lots of TLC she looks much better than I would at her age. LOL Enjoy - she's a beauty.
