Joe, do you still have that hard drive? There are free programs that will allow you to search through dead hard drives to retrieve information and even pictures that otherwise would have been lost.

Maria,

Nope, that's the one I've already said I have on hard copy. It doesn't have an exploded drawing of the top tension I need.

Thanks though.

Joe, I am in your corner about reading/wading through all those words to find exactly the information that I think I need. By the time I get to about the third "pdf" thing that says "your Adobe needs to be update, click here for a free download" I am so nuts that I just shut down the whole idea and computer. And go wash the dishes or fold the clothes out of the dryer.....

JoAnn,

I totally agree with you on that except for the washing the dishes part.

Jim,
That's my attitude about water pump instructions. Something to look at after I've put the pump on and am sitting down with the cold drink.

My wife says yes, we still have it. Could you PM me the links to those free programs?

Jim,

Yeah, that's the oily piece of paper the water pump is wrapped in.

Well, the instructions and drawings are a moot subject now. I got it figured out and was working on it when I broke the center shaft where it's split. Now I have to replace it.

Well, I'm done working on machines for a while. I've had too many problems lately so they can just wait till I get the urge again.

Sorry to see this one is fighting you all the way. I hate days like that.
