Default Nelco 928 Overlock-Serger - Help

If anyone has a Nelco 928 serger can I trouble you to do a short video on how you thread your machine? I can't seem to follow how this is supposed to be done. I have a photocopied manual of a hobbylock 776 that is similar however there are discrepancies on how to thread it. The closest video on YouTube is also of a similar serger but it still doesn't do it exactly as mine. I could really use some help. I cannot find the manual for my specific Nelco 928. Ive made several calls, emails, etc. Some pdfs I downloaded didnt even match the machine at all, so the links are outdated as well.

The Serger was given to me by a lady who said she purchased it to teach her daughter. But it was too difficult for her. Its in excellent condition shy of a speckle of a rust spot here and there in insignificant places. I really want to give her a spin! lol

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
Sonya

Join Facebook group Vintage Sewing Machines. A woman on there names Suzy Wells has the manual for a Nelco 928. She may have uploaded a copy to the files section.

Someone else on there had a downloaded copy of the manual on her phone, back in 2016.

Remember to thread in order, lower looper, upper looper, right needle and lastly left needle, if you don't thread in the right order most severs won't work

I too just got this machine from a friend - She has moved several times and has no idea where or what happened to the manual - so am also looking for one - hopefully in PDF - I have been trying to replace sewing machine and serger which I lost in house fire. Miss sewing and creating - it is my sanity
- thank you! _ Becky C
