Thanks for posting this. I think it's beautiful, and although I'm about an hour away, I have a son in that area. I have contacted the seller.

Wow! I paid a lot more than that for mine and I didn't get any attachments with it.
Somebody go get that baby, it's a good deal as far as I'm concerned.

Too far for me, plus no room left in the 'Inn', but I sure do like that cabinet (& machine); plus the price darn sure is good. Post pics if (when) you get it.

I really wanted that, but the seller notified me that it was sold. I should check the ads regularly. Of course, if I got it, I'm not sure where I could squeeze it in. Maybe it's for the best.

My mom had a 1949 Kenmore that was in a mahogany parlor cabinet, and I'm really on a quest to find one like that. It's the machine I learned on. My ex-SIL has (or at least, had) it. I guess I could ask her if she'd part with it, but I don't want to create any hard feelings or give the impression that I have any. My parents had given me a new sewing machine when I graduated from high school, so of course they didn't offer me the old one.
