Haven't seen one before, that I know of, but it sure is beautiful! I googled parlor cabinet for Singer treadles, Minnesota treadles, and New Home treadles. Clicking links brings up pages of pictures of cabinets and machines. I personally think the New Home 1898 parlor treadle sewing machine cabinet is most similar to your picture. Not exact in detail, but does have the ornateness about it.

Yes, it's very precious because it was my grandmother's. I told my mother one day that if she didn't leave me anything else, I'd like grandma's sewing machine. She gave it to me the next year for Christmas with the art glass lamp and a little glass shoe and a small brass clock that she said my grandmother always had on the top of the cabinet. All three things are still there together

Yes, it is very similar in level of detail! If you google Eastlake parlor cabinets, there's a few that look similar as well. I fear this may be an impossible task. It could even be a commissioned piece to match someone's pre-existing decor.... I've put up posts on some of the local classifieds pages on Facebook to see if anyone recognizes it as once belonging to family or friends. As i found it in a thrift store, it was possibly locally donated, so someone out there must know something about it! Hopefully....

Oh, those are the best kind of antiques to have! Priceless and irreplaceable. I have things that once belonged to my grandmother too, and they make my heart happy and sad when I see them and remember her
