Default Pfaff 11 pictures

Here are some pics of the Pfaff 11 I picked up the other day. They may be dark since they were taken at night indoors. Does anyone know where to find a manual for this machine or a link to a download or purchase?

Nice! Exactly like mine! I think out machines are in similar condition. My base was in awful condition with torn and lifting veneer and the corners coming apart but slowly by surely it's coming together. Here is mine. I love the squiggly decal on the back around the 11. It's so unique!

Did your machine have a manual with it? Mine has one shuttle with a bobbin in it. I will be looking for more in the future. My decals are really badly worn, but the number 11 on the back is still pretty nice. I would say mine is definitely the worse for wear looking at this machine. NICE!

Ahhh that may just be because I've had a head start on the cleaning and polishing on mine. I think the decals are more present on mine but a lot of that light rust on the metal on yours will probably polish out. I didn't get a manual with mine but most of these machines thread in a similar fashion.

I am looking forward to the day when I can try some stitches.

Good looking Pfaff. Looks similar to Singer 27, 28, 127, 128 so this manual might help, compliments of Needlebar. With any luck the shuttle and bobbins are Singer compatible.

Jon, I find it interesting that the first page in that manual talks about the importance of good oil. After reading many of the posts from the guys and gals on this section of the board, I think this was a smart thing to start with and should be the first page in all the old machine manuals .... and maybe some of the newer ones also.

Yes, oil is like food for sewing machines!

Lovely machine. Some elbow grease and she should be purring. I've like a Pfaff, but the older ones don't come up much in Colorado.

Thank you Jon. Sorry it has taken so long to reply, I have not been on the board for a long time. The machines are very similiar and this may help me with my Pfaff 11.
