I agree - $200 is a very high price to pay for one in that condition.

I've bought one machine seriously misrepresented. When I contacted the seller, he admitted he took someone else's word and never tried the machine himself. We agreed that I'd pay the shipping and he'd refund the price of the machine - so I got $350 back and only paid $35 for it. Ended up buying two more machines before having enough of the right parts to get ONE running - now we try to stick with non plastic machines LOL!!!

Since it was listed as in great running condition, had I returned it, the seller would have been required to refund all money PLUS pay return shipping. I sent pictures of all the problems with the original contact - and through eBay, so it was hard for the seller to dispute. I've found sending pictures of proof of complaint are essential with the first contact.
