Welcome, KalamaQuilts is right, we like pictures. A frequent mistake when trying to post pictures here on Quilting Board is to fail to reduce the size of the pictures before trying to post. A few of posts about posting pictures can be found at 1911 Family Rotary White Newbie to Vintage Machines and to Online Forums-Help wanted and Which would you choose? I think if you have pictures on an ipad, you have to email them to yourself so that it will reduce the size to be able to post.

I'm thinking that there might be someone who has answers about your machine that will reply when they see the title of your thread. It might take a couple of days.

In the mean time have you checked out the following threads, here on Quilting Board?
Leather Patcher, Politype No 1
Trying to ID an old Patcher
Shoemaker id
It arrived safe and sound: Early Emile James Patcher

You might want to google Claes Elastik, as well, as I think it is similar.

I use tinypic for pictures and select either forum/message board or website/email for the size option. Then you copy and paste the one that says BBcode into your post

Its a website, tinypic.com, and it works on mobile although it only has a desktop site (so on my phone i have to zoom because its too small to hit the buttons sometimes)
