Hello and Help! From Texas
We found a Lenco Model 414 in my mom's attic. I couldn't find anything like it online. Please check out the album with photos and let me know if you are familiar with this machine. I'd like to know the value, but am thinking of keeping it. Neither mom nor I have quilted, but Granny did, and I think I'd like to try. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Apparently, I don't know how to post my pictures so all can see yet. I made an album and put them there. I'll try to post them here.

Welcome from Ontario, Canada. I am not familiar with that machine but it sure is pretty. Someone from the Antique and Vintage machine section on QB might be able to help.

I don't know anything about old machines excepts my mom's 1940s Singer treadle which I learned to sew on. However, I would like to welcome you to the board from the beautiful mountains of western NC.

Welcome from western NY and happy quilting :)

That's a great find, it's a nice legacy to keep grandma's sewing machine working and used by family. It can be a lot of fun and a little work learning. You came to the right place for help. I'm in beginner stage of learning so can't help, but can encourage to keep the machine and learn to sew, it is very rewarding.
