You were pretty lucky to find that! I've never seen one like it... Never seen anything but the Singer featherweights with the flip up table! It's got to be made in the 50's by the looks of it. In those days lots of dept. stores (Sears, Montgomery Ward, etc.) were having machines made in Japan that they could "brand" and sell exclusively in their stores. I wonder if this was one of those brands.
It's certainly cool-looking enough to sit on display, whether you ever get it sewing or not. |

I love making things more convenient, it's gives me a boost of energy! You use your space well! Now get busy making a cover for your chair and get rid of the garbage bag! Your fanny deserves the best! :p
