How much are you paying for them in California?

Miriam, it is like anything else. We can get a 130 for a really good deal if found at a yard/barn type sale. On Craigslist they list for $100 to $400 and up, but you notice I said 'list' which doesn't mean they are selling for that! It is just who is selling and how badly someone wants the machine - and, what kind of shape the machine is in!

I bought a Pfaff 130 about 2 years ago for $5 and it is fantastic. I used it all last winter while in Alabama and finished 3 Queen quilts and 2 large laps. I had some difficulty with the tension but the guy next to us was a retired Singer sewing machine man and he showed me how to fix it. It is a great machine, so yes, it's worth something.
