Yes it might be a very good deal if the foot pedal and some accessories are included (and the bobbin case is there). It looks like a 301 in the desirable trapezoid cabinet. Are you close enough to go buy it?

I really like the cabinet but it looks like it sits REALLY low to me.

Really, what goes through someone's mind when they post a picture upside down or sideways??? My first thought is that they're too stupid or lazy to possibly deal with. Is it a tactic to get people's attention?
