I have seen a few that looked like nobody had ever used them. One I know for sure. It was the neighbor lady's machine - she didn't like the Sears machine - she liked the old Singer 66 treadle much better.
And I agree, plenty of machines are unused. My mother uses her machine almost never these days. It's in excellent shape too. |

They cleaned it with the shop vac. I have this elaborate cleaning scheme where they wrap the garage bag around the shop vac and turn it on.... lookie! clean!
