I have had a Singer 66, serial #AK886098, for about 6 months now. I've loved sewing on it and use it lots. Now I can't get the needle to pull up the bobbin thread.
I was sewing last week and my top thread broke, I re-threaded the needle, sewed about 18" and it broke again, I re-threaded the entire top thread,and changed the needle, sewed about 12" and it broke again, took the bobbin out, oiled it per instruction manual, and now it won't pull the bobbin thread up. Everything in the bobbin case moves. I've re-threaded both top and bobbin several times. If any of you have any suggestions I'd really appreciate. Thanks, Marie M. |

I got up with the intention of snapping pics of my MM room and my machines to post and I cannot find my camera to save myself. I thought I could walk right to the spot where it always is, but today it's not there and I can't figure out where I put it. Now I know why I collect sewing machines reather than something small, they don't hide from me.....
