I had emailed some questions and she called me right away. After she admitted she new nothing about it, I just mentioned that she had in the ad OBO and she said she would give it to me for $15. I said well....., I guess so. I don't even know if there is a power cord to it. Maybe I'll be surprised. I hope so. I hear Necchi's are wonderful machines. I hope it is in better shape then the paint. I will post pictures. That is the fun part. |

I remember the story you shared about traveling on a narrow road to get your machine fixed, I think. Craigslist does list Ireland. If you look way over to the right of the page you will see it. Lisa, wow, I am in awe. We just never know the doors that will open for us.
Necchi's are made in Italy. The cabinet that came with mine was also made in Italy. I don't know if that makes it cool or what but in researching it, I do believe it is a very sturdy machine. :-D |

Gojo is a hand cleaner used for the same reasons as Swarfega. Thanks for reminding me... you are a Bernina owner also. |

If you have spent more than Billy, just remember 1) it isn't a contest and 2) you can spend less from here on out. But I have bought and sold enough machines and cabinets to dwindle the cost down to that. Trust me my collection is far from huge but it has some really nice machines in it. I'll check before I buy some, but I don't think it has any pumice in it. As for Kerosene, that isn't a problem for me, my central heating is run on it, and I have 1000 litres in a tank in the garden! |
