I can take only so much pressure. He lowered his price again and I succumbed.

I'm not terribly fond of refinishing furniture these days either. At least it isn't painted. It really doesn't look that bad in the pictures.
Nice 301. Rodney |
that looks awesome!

Hey, Rodney. I'm not sure if I should use the stripper (the LIQUID stripper) or just start sanding. I like the current mahogany color with the black trim. I'm thinking I'll do the same or maybe go with a light gold in high lacquer gloss with black satin trim.
And I need a new camera. It really put up a fight today and refused to focus. |

Good advice. It could be a beautiful piece. I just need the time and patience. I'm also going to switch out the vinyl upholstery on the bench for leather. Or maybe a really cool fabric if I can find one. Something vintage, geometric design...

I just bought a Brothers sewing machine for $5.oo at a garage sale and cannot find any information as to age and I don't have a manual or accessories. Can you help. Thanks
|
Jo,
Brother made dozens of models over the course of decades of production.... If you can post a picture, we can probably help. Or if you can find a model number (NOT on the motor) that might help |
Would this be the the number J31112095 60HZ 273C these numbers are on the back nothing says model or serial number, XL2022 was on the front.
