Nancy Yes, Nancy I'm relatively close to you. I've been in contact with the seller and it's cute for sure. I just need it like a hole in the head, you know. ;> Especially since it's not in the traveling case and no attachments:< http://modesto.craigslist.org/atq/2142554994.html Looks like motorectomy could be done on this one. Also looks like the circular thing in back may be for cams. Looks interesting. |
:-D Howdy! Haven't been in the shop in ages!
I desperately need help with my FW. I took out the bobbin assembly and can't seem to get it to hold in there. It snaps in but I can't see anything that holds it in and of course, it falls right out. The manual hasn't helped me much. I really want to take it on a trip with me tomorrow. Can someone point me in the right direction, please?   |

Nancy And I love all the pictures of all the machines! I have been busy sewing all day -- when, I finally get time to look into the shop I had 4 pages to read! Wow! Love it! |

SewExtreme, If you had the throat-plate off, you have to be very careful to seat the bobbin shuttle in the little slot at the very top of the bobbin area.

I have had this FW for a while and have sewn many things on it. I don't know if I am just brain lacking or what. |

http://modesto.craigslist.org/atq/2142554994.html I don't know if this one will fit in a Singer treadle OR use a HC, but I would be tempted by a Vigorelli!! Nancy |

Did you actually remove the whole bobbin assembly or just the throat plate and bobbin case? If you removed the whole assembly, it is a little more complicated to get it all back together correctly. Hope this helps, Nancy |
