Mine too, except Singer ones were at local antique store that has categorized boxes of postcards and photos.

Once again, a new goal for the hunt! I love my treadles and to find advertisement would be a sweet tribute.

Check for magazines of the period you're machines. Vogue for example.

The online JDA is an amazing source if you are willing to dig....

You weren't kidding!!! OMS!!! I had NO idea this existed. Bookmarking and saving for tonight. I cannot fall down that rabbit hole just yet...

The 6mm will be the 1/4” belting. I stock it by the spool in 3/16”, 1/4”, and 5/16” size. Some household machines require 1/4” (especially some of the 19th machines), but most of the household Singers will run just fine with 3/16” leather belting. I use the 1/4” for my “lighter” Singer Industrial machines (Singer 31-15), and 5/16” for my “heavier” Singer Industrial machines (111 series).

The “Both Cattle” Brand seems to be ok. All of them seem to be going up in price...
