UM Joe, she isn't used to those delicate wonders.

Joe, I don't know if this'll do any good BUT...try unplugging it for 5 minutes or so...& then plugging it back in. That MIGHT reset whatever is messed up.

Miriam,

No I guess she's not. Neither am I.

Pat,
I thought of that after I posted this. It's been unplugged for over an hour now and will remain so over night. I'm hoping for the best.

Joe,

Another thought, is there a reset button? Maybe on the underside?

Cathy,

None that I have found.

I tested it just before bed last night and the unplugging seemed to fix the no feeding part.
Now I just have to do some test patterns so I can post a pic and ask for advice there. It's not forming some of the patterns right and it only seems to want to make gibberish for the monograms.
I don't know if it's a programming error or mechanical problem.

This machine is going to take a lot of time so I'll be setting it back and working on some of the real sewing machines for a while.

Real sewing machine = old cast iron machines with NO computers.

Joe, I've figured out why you can't get it working. You need one of these!

Hmmm, a Flux Capaciter. That is funny. Perhaps Joe could send that machine into another dimension and make him smile again.

J Miller 05-03-2013 06:02 AM

That just might work. :D
