Sigh....
I was so looking forward to this little machine... I try to imagine the thought process of a person doing this.... I end up blank.... and the glorious results What it USED to look like.... |
Ooof, that is sad.......
Is it fixable? (You -are- kinda magic like that...) |
I doubt it. that frame is cast metal and under load when in use. I could JB weld it together but it would never be reliable enough to use (IMO)

:(
Sad...... I guess you could, with impunity, make a lamp out of it...? |
Ughh, so sorry. I recently received a damaged sewing machine too.
|
so sorry Steve, it's no Cinderella.
|
So sorry Steve, I know it hurts.
|
It's sad for sure - so many people have no idea how heavy something can be and how much the packing can shift/move if it isn't done properly......
|
Bummer! That is the WORST sewing machine packing job I've ever seen! They must have taken notes from Amazon- I have gotten items from then were a small box was put in a much larger box with a couple of bubble packs and sent on it's way.

Pure laziness with just a touch of "I don't give a damn" on the part of the seller.
Isn't that machine a lot newer than your usual finds? Rodney |
