OK I ordered Kroil. I got a call from the company because I messed up my info... LOL Anyway I told the guy I had looked all over for Kroil locally. He said they do not sell through distributors - they only sell direct from their company. If you see it on line or anywhere else it is someone buying it directly from them and re-selling it. Then I told him I posted about their product on Quilt Board and he said they had a huge amount of sales last night and their stock just went up... not really the stock but he did say there were a lot of sewing related sales come up last night. You all rock!!! He thanked me politely for posting about his product.

Equal parts alcohol and transmission fluid make a super loosen it up combination. I had a stuck machine, with all sorts of PB blaster and tri-flo still stuck. So I broke out the alcohol and ATF and gave it one more try before mixing and walla it came un stuck. I guess the threat did it. Seriously, lab tests have shown the Alcohol & ATF to be very effective.

I would worry about the alcohol getting on the finish. The current finish isn't great but I don't want to destroy what's there.

The two of mine that are stuck are beautiful machines. I'll wait on the Kroil and hope for the best.
