This is a good argument for repainting.

Looks like a decent paint job, though if it isn't to your liking, go ahead and repaint it.

Sorry, bur I'm not seeing a polka-dot machine anywhere. Two antique machines but nothing with PDs

its different! if there were black dots it would be a lady bug... I would leave it....

​It is adorable! I don't have any problem with people repainting if the original paint is in bad shape and they can do a good job.
