While in Kouts, Indiana attending my husbands 50th high school reunion I stopped at a local antique store. There I found a Singer 201 antique treadle machine in fair condition (needed a belt and cleaning). Because of the heat index (110) and already having a loaded car with suitcases, folding chairs, coolers I let myself be talked out of finding a way to haul this 250 miles back home. I'm kicking myself....it was only $50.

luvstoquilt….it would be a 500 mile round trip from where we live. Husbands right hip was really hurting after this past trip from all the driving. If it's still there the next time we venture to his hometown I'll get it then.
