Hehe Mine is a 1904 Singer 29-4 Treadle so it will go as slow as I do...

Indeed!
I could put the Adler on a treadle and might just do that. Or I could just press an urchin ( can you still get urchin's?) into service to hand crank it :-).
There's a Singer 29K62 on CL not far from me but it doesn't have quite the capacity of the Adler. It's on a treadle stand and also has a motor.
It's just about twice the price of the Adler. For the price difference I can get a modern motor and speed reducer for the Adler and have the best of both worlds...hand crank and motorized.
